This is a MIP's guide for using MIP's with the PSP. This guide is well written by NOFX. It has other things for coding on the PSP as well.

DMA isn't that hard. its how long it takes and some other stuff that is a pain. i'm to lazy so i avoid DMAs a lot

dma is pathetically easy:
X, Y, Z = regsiter
lui X $first half of pointer
lw Y $second half of pointer
then if you have more offsets do what we did with the upcoming sw but with a lw
then Eventually when you wanna store the value in it
sw Z $last or only offset(Y)
Z is the register that you wanna store, and the others can all be the same register i was just using different ones so you can see their purpose better
and those are not actual registers just using letters for an example to be easier on the eyes
and ill check out the guide thanks jimmy
